We're looking for a Corporate Counsel (Marketing) to be a legal partner to our Marketing team, advising on marketing and advertising initiatives across channels, ensuring compliance, creative boldness, and execution at pace.
Requirements
J.D. (or international equivalent) and active bar membership in good standing.
4-8+ years of relevant legal experience, including familiarity with multiple relevant areas of law and experience advising on marketing and advertising campaigns.
Strong contract drafting/negotiation skills across talent/influencer, production, licensing, and vendor agreements.
Clear, concise communication tailored to creative and non-legal stakeholders.
Proven cross-functional partnership and judgment in fast-moving environments.
Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA. Benefits
