Requirements
5–8+ years of relevant experience in design or copywriting
Proven track record of ideas-first thinking and hands-on execution
Native Indonesian speaker with business-level English and excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia
Deep experience in social media, particularly TikTok
Led or contributed to fame-building, culturally resonant campaigns
Managed or mentored creatives before
Comfortable with ambiguity and pace
