Requirements
Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or travel agency roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
Proficiency in CRM software and standard office tools.
