Requirements
Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) and good command of English.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office software tools.
