Account Manager / Property Management (German)
We are looking for German-speaking Account Managers who can serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, primarily property owners in Germany.
Responsibilities:- Managing your own growing client portfolio
Direct responsibility for clients and their properties (damage management (receiving and dispatching contractors), tenant management (receiving and processing inquiries), re-leasing, handling owner requests)
Building expertise in all aspects of property management
Maintaining accuracy in the company’s internal system and documenting processes precisely
Customer-centric thinking and action
NO sales / marketing
Requirements
We’re looking for your strengths:
- Strong communication skills in German (fluent in writing and speaking)
Proficient computer skills and experience using the internet
Ideally, experience in customer service and/or the real estate industry
Career changers welcome; must have completed vocational training or a degree
Strong willingness to learn and high level of commitment
