Data Scientist voor Smart Factory en Pharma (Freelance kan)

Job Description

As a Medior Data Scientist, you strengthen a Smart Factory environment where digitalization and innovation are central. In this role, you develop data-driven solutions that contribute to the quality, reliability and efficiency of production processes. You work closely with process engineers, quality specialists and IT professionals and translate complex datasets into concrete improvement actions with impact on daily operations.

Your responsibilities

• You collect and analyze production data from various data sources.

• You develop data pipelines and analytical models in Python.

• You build and validate machine learning models for production processes.

• You implement AI solutions and LLM use cases within a production environment.

• You perform statistical analyses and root cause investigations.

• You work with stakeholders to translate data into process improvements.

• You document models, analyses and results according to GMP guidelines.

📝 Your profile

You approach complex questions analytically and convert data into usable insights. You work independently, but also communicate smoothly with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, you communicate clearly and can convey technical information in an understandable way.

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field.

• You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience within data science or analytics.

• You have strong knowledge of Python, including Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn.

• You have experience with SQL, machine learning and AI applications, including LLM use cases.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.

• Experience with GMP is a plus.
