The Senior DevOps Analyst will be responsible for implementing and maintaining automation in collaboration with the Development and DevOps teams, with a focus on improving applications and deploying microservices, including their monitoring and observability (APM). The candidate must have knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure and process automation. This is a 100% remote position, reporting directly to the Head of DevOps.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Development team (alongside SRE) to collaborate on the planning and execution of application deployments to staging and production environments.
Define and implement DevOps strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of systems.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to optimize software delivery.
Define and monitor performance metrics (SLAs, SLOs, SLIs) for continuous service improvement.
Work closely with the DevOps and SRE teams, promoting their professional development and knowledge transfer within the team.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to foster a DevOps culture.
Requirements and Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer, with a track record of managing large-scale environments.
Advanced experience with infrastructure automation and large-scale CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in Kubernetes and containers, with experience in orchestration and management of distributed applications and microservices-based architecture.
Knowledge of cloud computing and Infrastructure as Code (IAC/Terraform).
Proficiency in monitoring, observability, and the resilience of complex systems.
Understanding of organizational culture and promoting the adoption of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
Excellent crisis management and optimization of complex processes.

Monitoring and Observability: Signoz, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana.
Containers and Orchestration: Kubernetes.
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform.

Desirable: PostgreSQL and MySQL.
