About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Team Lead to build and scale our infrastructure, tools, and CI/CD pipelines. In this role, you will lead a talented DevOps team, drive technical decisions, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and speed across all our environments.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Own the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of Blink's cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Drive the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and monitoring systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of our production environments.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize delivery processes and improve development velocity.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
- Build internal tooling to support development, testing, and deployment at scale.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- 5+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
- Expertise in CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record building secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Experience in a high-scale SaaS environment.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
