TE Connectivity is seeking a Director, Sales - AI Hyperscale & Cloud Infrastructure to lead strategic sales initiatives across global hyperscalers, AI datacenter operators, and cloud service providers.
Requirements
10+ years of sales or business development experience in datacenter, cloud, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, or related technology fields.
5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams.
Proven success selling into hyperscalers, cloud service providers (CSPs), or large-scale compute infrastructure customers.
Strong understanding of AI and high-speed computing architectures, interconnects, and datacenter ecosystems.
Experience driving share expansion within major strategic accounts.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Inspiring people leader capable of coaching, elevating performance, and building high-impact teams.
Strong sales leadership and revenue-driving mindset.
Exceptional relationship-building and executive-level communication skills.
Results-oriented problem solver with a strong ownership mindset.
Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and navigate competing priorities.
Adaptable and effective in fast-paced global environments.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex infrastructure solutions.
Ability to travel 30–40%.
