MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.
In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.
À propos de l’équipe
The "Core" team is at the heart of the MaintainX maintenance management system: work orders, planning and scheduling, inventory and parts, reporting, and the asset hierarchy that frontline teams use every day. This is also where some of our most recent investments are concentrated, including two newly formed teams building a work execution platform and completely rethinking the technician experience. If you want to work as close as possible to what customers use every day and have the chance to take on a brand-new project, you are in the right place.
Équipes que vous pourriez joindre
Planification : Planning and scheduling workflows, as well as operating hours.
Gestion des stocks / Pièces : Pièces de rechange, bons de commande, prévisions et fournisseurs.
Accueil / Rapports : Écran Vue d’ensemble, ainsi que les rapports partagés et planifiés.
Plateforme d’exécution des travaux : Core work order features on which the product relies: recurrence, assignment, calendar, procedures, automations, and permits.
Expérience des techniciens : GPS-based check-in, field user experience, and offline functionality for technicians.
Gestion des données d’entreprise : Global and multi-site platform features, templates, asset hierarchy and location, as well as dynamic forms for assets.
Sur quoi vous travaillerez
Design and improve the workflows customers use every day, from planning to parts management to reporting.
Solve complex technical product problems: dense, data-rich interfaces, large data sets, offline functionality, and multi-site scalability.
Within our newly formed teams, shape the engineering architecture and practices from the start.
Simplifiez les flux de travail complexes sur ordinateur et sur mobile.
Le poste
Ship features end to end, from planning to production.
Collaborate directly with product managers and designers to define your team's roadmap, not just execute it.
Take ownership of the long-term health of a functional area or system: reliability, performance, and the parts of the code that no one notices until they break.
Réviser le code et encadrer les autres développeurs de votre équipe.
Raise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices.
Our core technology stack includes TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL. Some teams use C# or Python. You do not need to master all of these to apply. You will join a team of 5 to 10 people and take part in an on-call rotation as part of your role. During your first six months, you will take full ownership of a functional area or system.
Où nous travaillons
We do not require a minimum in-office presence, but we prefer that our teams be located near our business hubs. In Canada, this includes Montréal and Toronto.
Nous recherchons
At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web or mobile product development.
Une solide expérience pratique avec TypeScript, React et Node.js.
Une expérience en développement « mobile-first », adaptatif et itératif.
A proven track record of writing maintainable, testable code that you are comfortable handing off to someone else.
Strong written and verbal communication skills: you can explain a technical trade-off to a designer or a support lead as easily as to another developer.
Comfort making progress on a problem before the specification is fully defined, adapting as you learn more.
Daily use of AI tools in your development workflow, not just occasional experimentation.
Atouts : experience with GraphQL, React Native, or SQL databases. In this area, we also value: experience with scheduling or calendar user interfaces, user interfaces handling large volumes of data, offline-first or synchronization architectures, multi-tenant or enterprise platforms, workflow engines, or inventory and transaction management systems.
Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build.
Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk’s benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com. For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it.
Belonging. We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive. More at autodesk.com/company/global-belonging. More on where this is going: Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost on building the future of connected operations, and AOS SVP Stephen Hooper on welcoming MaintainX to Autodesk.
