MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.
In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.
À propos de l'équipe
The Platform and Infrastructure team makes sure everything else is fast, reliable, and easy to build on. We are responsible for the shared services that every product team relies on (identity, search, communications, and our Pantry design system), the tooling that keeps our developers productive, and the delivery and runtime foundations that let us ship with confidence. We build it once, and every team benefits.
Les équipes que vous pourriez rejoindre
Fondations produit : identity, communications, search, and Pantry, including the Integrations Marketplace, Global Search, and the Pantry design system.
Productivité des développeurs : internal tooling and IDE extensions that speed up every developer's work.
Livraison, exécution et tests : CI/CD, site reliability (SRE), FedRAMP compliance, and quality assurance. This team is more infrastructure- and reliability-oriented.
Sur quoi vous travaillerez
Build and evolve the shared services and components that other teams depend on.
Design APIs, tools, and design system components that other developers will want to use, and help teams adopt them.
Improve the speed, security, and reliability of our development, testing, and delivery processes.
Treat internal developers as your customers: gather their feedback, measure adoption, and iterate.
Le poste
Deliver features end to end, from planning through to production.
Collaborate directly with the product managers, designers, and developers who rely on your work to shape your team's roadmap, not just execute it.
Ensure the long-term health of a functional area or system: reliability, performance, and the parts of the code that nobody notices until they fail.
Review code and mentor other developers on the team.
Rehausser nos standards d'outillage, de tests et de livraison.
Our core stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL; some teams also use C# or Python. You do not need to master every piece to apply. You will join a team of 5 to 10 people and take part in the on-call rotation. Within six months, you will be fully responsible for a functional area or system.
Où nous travaillons
No minimum in-office presence is required, but we prefer that our teams be located near our offices. In Canada: Montréal and Toronto.

Expérience en développement itératif, adaptatif et axé sur le mobile.
A track record of maintainable, testable code that you are comfortable handing off to someone else.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: you can explain a technical trade-off to a designer or a support lead as easily as to a developer.
Ability to move a problem forward before the specifications are finalized, adjusting as you learn.
Daily use of AI tools in your development workflow, beyond occasional experimentation.
Atouts
GraphQL, React Native ou bases de données SQL.
Search technologies, authentication and identity management, design systems or component libraries, developer tools or IDE extensions, CI/CD, observability, or compliance programs such as FedRAMP or SOC 2.
Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build.
