Mercor is seeking an Economics Chart Analysis Expert to author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on economics problems. The ideal candidate has a PhD in Economics, or a MS/MA in Economics with 3+ years of experience, or a BA/BS in Economics with 5+ years of experience.
Requirements
PhD in Economics
MS/MA in Economics with 3+ years of experience
BA/BS in Economics with 5+ years of experience
Working fluency in at least two of: micro, macro, econometrics, industrial organization, labor economics, development
Comfortable interpreting economic charts, econometric output, policy figures, and time-series plots
Clear technical writing skills with the ability to articulate reasoning step-by-step Benefits
Hourly compensation: $75–$83/hour
