<p>We are looking for a <strong>DevOps Expert specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM</strong> to work on the automation, quality, and stability of the platform’s solution lifecycle, from development through production.</p>
<p>This professional will play a key role in implementing best practices for <strong>DevOps, security, and governance</strong>, ensuring efficient, traceable processes aligned with business needs.</p>
<h3>🎯 Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Design and maintain <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> for Dynamics solutions (customizations, plugins, flows, and managed solutions).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Automate <strong>deployments between environments</strong> (Development, Staging, and Production).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage <strong>versioning of CRM solutions</strong> and release control.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Integrate CRM with <strong>monitoring, logging, and alerting tools</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure <strong>DevSecOps</strong> practices, incorporating security throughout the pipeline.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support <strong>rollback, hotfix, and incident management processes</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with architects to ensure <strong>technical and operational standards</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work on <strong>environment standardization and infrastructure automation</strong>, where applicable.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>🧩 Expected knowledge and skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience with <strong>DevOps applied to Microsoft Dynamics CRM</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of <strong>Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, and Boards)</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with <strong>Power Platform CLI</strong> and CRM solution automation.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in <strong>version control (Git)</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of <strong>monitoring and observability</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Understanding of <strong>security, environment segregation, and auditing</strong>.</p>
