We’re looking for a personable and organized Admissions & Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students and their families through our AI research program. In this role, you’ll lead inbound consultations, clearly explain the program’s value, and help families make informed enrollment decisions. This is a consultative, high-impact position where strong communication and closing skills are key.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound consultations with students and parents via scheduled 15-minute calls
Guide families through the AI research program, including structure, outcomes, and expectations
Act as a trusted advisor to parents, who are the primary decision-makers
Address questions and objections with clarity and confidence
Drive enrollment by effectively closing qualified prospects
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in Airtable/CRM tools
Stay organized with follow-ups and ensure a smooth admissions experience Requirements
Experience in enrollment sales, admissions counseling, or inbound consultative sales (education/edtech preferred)
Proven ability to close deals in short, structured calls
Comfortable selling to parents as the primary decision-makers
Strong objection-handling skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with CRM (e.g., Airtable) experience
Excellent communication skills with perfect English fluency
