We are seeking an attorney with approximately 5–9+ years of experience in executive compensation and benefits, with a strong focus on transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with executive compensation design and structuring, equity and incentive compensation arrangements, and M&A-related compensation and benefits issues.

Experience with employment, retention, and separation agreements for senior executives
Ability to handle sophisticated matters with significant client responsibility Benefits
Base salary range $390,000 to $455,000 annually
