Job Summary
As a Financial Analyst, you will support our Finance and Commissions teams by assisting with financial and production reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their analytical skills, gain exposure to strategic decision-making, and work closely with leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and validate operational records and datasets.
Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Support documentation of data sources, data dictionaries, and process workflows.
Assist in monitoring data quality metrics and reporting discrepancies.
Organize and maintain structured and unstructured datasets for analysis and reporting.
Communicate KPI metrics to internal leaders and external partners on varying distribution schedules
Maintain and update plan participant records
Support leaders with production modeling, analysis, and documentation.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Support development and maintenance of ETL documentation, including workflow diagrams and SOPs.
Perform basic data transformations using excel, or scripting tools as directed.
Help validate outputs of automated ETL pipelines to ensure accuracy before downstream use.
Assist in testing updates to ETL workflows and documenting results. Assist in the review and analysis of revenue, contract, and production data.
Prepare monthly reporting packages for leadership.
Support the Finance Manager during weekly financial results meetings
Contribute to Ad Hoc financial models, and strategic planning
Technology & Data Tools
Support the development of financial dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
Use data tools to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
Skills & Experience
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas) required.
Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools (preferred).
Python proficiency for data automation, modeling, or analytics (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
Familiarity with ETL concepts and data workflows.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation
The general pay scale for this open position is $60-$70K annually. Pay for a selected candidate will be determined within the pay scale based on one or more of the following factors: candidate’s experience, skill set, education level, and/or location.
