Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within a freelance or agency recruitment environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines.
