Join our team
As part of our team of project management, design, and development, we work together to develop digital strategies and solutions from the initial project idea through to launch. With your technical expertise, you’ll be (co-)responsible for the implementation of websites, web shops, and web applications as part of the team, and you’ll actively contribute to all areas from the initial idea to the technical architecture.
Your Profile
- You are interested in digital strategy, design, and technology and are curious about new trends in this field.
- Sense of responsibility for the team and projects
- Fluent in English or German (we speak English as a team)
- Relevant education and/or professional experience as a web developer

- TypeScript
- React / NEXT.js
- Postgres DB
- CSS / Tailwind
Here’s how you can impress us
- Experience with headless CMS (Contenful, Sanity, etc.)
- Experience with Cloudflare / CDNs
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform over CDK)
- SEO & Web Accessibility Know-How
- Experience with cloud technologies (from Docker to AWS / Azure / Vercel / Google Cloud to S3, serverless / Lambda functions)
- CI / CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build)
- Test automation
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Framer, Invision)
- Experience with motion design / web animations

- Salary: With specific professional experience, we offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 51,500 (full-time basis), exceeding the collective bargaining agreement. A higher salary is possible depending on experience and qualifications.
