You will play a key role in bringing our new longevity brand to life operationally. In doing so, you will integrate e-commerce and marketing into a cohesive system and ensure that concepts are translated into concrete results. In a dynamic environment, you will establish structures, coordinate all relevant activities, and ensure that initiatives are implemented efficiently—from the initial idea through to performance evaluation.
Your Responsibilities:
You will oversee the operational management of all the brand’s e-commerce and marketing activities and bring structure to daily processes
You will coordinate external partners (e.g., performance marketing, shop development, content) and ensure seamless execution
You will translate strategic ideas and campaign concepts into concrete actions and ensure reliable implementation
You plan, manage, and evaluate campaigns, product launches, and promotions throughout the entire process
You ensure that marketing and e-commerce activities are optimally aligned
You are responsible for budgets, priorities, and timelines in day-to-day marketing operations
You analyze relevant KPIs and ensure transparency in reporting and performance tracking
You contribute your own ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and marketing initiatives—even beyond digital channels
You work closely with brand managers as well as internal and external stakeholders
You further develop existing processes and create pragmatic solutions for scalable growth

Requirements
What you should bring to the table:
Several years of experience in D2C e-commerce and a good understanding of growth drivers in online retail
Interest in topics such as longevity, health, and prevention – ideally with a personal connection
Experience collaborating with agencies and external service providers
Solid expertise in performance marketing, funnel logic, and conversion optimization
Ability to think holistically about marketing (online & offline)
Ideally, experience on both the corporate and agency sides
A structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management
Strong execution skills and the ability to develop ideas pragmatically
A confident demeanor and clear communication
Very good German language skills (at least C1)
