    You will play a key role in bringing our new longevity brand to life operationally. In doing so, you will integrate e-commerce and marketing into a cohesive system and ensure that concepts are translated into concrete results. In a dynamic environment, you will establish structures, coordinate all relevant activities, and ensure that initiatives are implemented efficiently—from the initial idea through to performance evaluation.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • You will oversee the operational management of all the brand’s e-commerce and marketing activities and bring structure to daily processes

    • You will coordinate external partners (e.g., performance marketing, shop development, content) and ensure seamless execution

    • You will translate strategic ideas and campaign concepts into concrete actions and ensure reliable implementation

    • You plan, manage, and evaluate campaigns, product launches, and promotions throughout the entire process

    • You ensure that marketing and e-commerce activities are optimally aligned

    • You are responsible for budgets, priorities, and timelines in day-to-day marketing operations

    • You analyze relevant KPIs and ensure transparency in reporting and performance tracking

    • You contribute your own ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and marketing initiatives—even beyond digital channels

    • You work closely with brand managers as well as internal and external stakeholders

    • You further develop existing processes and create pragmatic solutions for scalable growth

    Requirements

    What you should bring to the table:

    • Several years of experience in D2C e-commerce and a good understanding of growth drivers in online retail

    • Interest in topics such as longevity, health, and prevention – ideally with a personal connection

    • Experience collaborating with agencies and external service providers

    • Solid expertise in performance marketing, funnel logic, and conversion optimization

    • Ability to think holistically about marketing (online & offline)

    • Ideally, experience on both the corporate and agency sides

    • A structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to work

    • Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management

    • Strong execution skills and the ability to develop ideas pragmatically
