Help improve next-generation AI systems by turning Gujarati audio into accurate, contextually faithful written text. This remote contract role centers on high-quality transcription, linguistic annotation, and careful review of real-world language content.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Gujarati audio and produce accurate written transcriptions that preserve language authenticity and context.
• Proofread and edit transcriptions for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and fidelity to the source audio.
• Annotate linguistic nuances, cultural references, and regional dialects found in source materials.
• Maintain consistent style, formatting, and terminology across assigned work.
• Collaborate with project coordinators, provide feedback on transcription guidelines and tools, and communicate progress, questions, or issues in writing and verbally.
• Meet assigned project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native spoken and written Gujarati proficiency, including familiarity with regional variations.
• Experience with Gujarati audio transcription, captioning, or linguistic annotation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to convert and review text accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of transcription software and tools is a plus.
• Interest in language technology, AI, or related work is advantageous.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $8 to $12 per hour.
