CARF, HRSA, Medicaid SPA, CMS Conditions of Participation, 42 CFR Part 2 - these are existential for our clients. We need compliance specialists who can walk a CMHC through a CARF survey with clinical credibility.
Who we want
BH compliance specialists with one or more of: former CARF surveyor experience, HRSA program officer background, Medicaid SPA practitioner work, CMS CoP review work, or 5+ years senior compliance at a CMHC/FQHC/IDD agency. CHC, CCS-P, or equivalent credential preferred.

CARF survey preparation for client systems
HRSA grantee reporting and compliance review
Medicaid SPA mechanics and state plan amendment work
CMS Conditions of Participation gap analysis
42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality protocol design
Clinical supervision regulatory compliance audits

$0 retained. $75-150/hr when engaged on client work. $5-15K per CARF survey prep. Annual maintenance retainer available. Referral fee for sourced clients.
