Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for product safety, compliance, and quality assurance? We’re looking for a Home-Based QA Compliance Coordinator to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support a U.S.-based company by ensuring products meet company, regulatory, and international compliance standards. Ensure all inbound materials ordered comply with policy, including ensuring vendor documentation is updated and product documentation is also updated; if not, communicate with the vendor at the time of purchase order to gather documents and upload them in the right place in Tracegains
Verify all inbound material receiving attachments to comply with the company's policy; if missing, coordinate with the receiving team to get updated documents.
Manage claims for freight and damages directly with vendors
Enter final pricing and support accounting for verification of purchase orders
Support QA as needed
Support purchasing as needed
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience in compliance, product safety, or quality assurance. (Background in accounting or QA is a plus)
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hour
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
Experience with Tracegains is a plus, but not necessary.
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 40,000
