We are looking for a motivated HR Administrator to manage the day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support employee relations in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Main responsibilities:
Be the contact point for HR-related questions for CapsLock team members
Manage employee records and HRIS systems
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
Support employee benefits administration
Ensure compliance with company policies
Assist in event management and teambuilding arrangements
Support key HR projects, including performance reviews and training programs Requirements
Requirments:
Demonstrable experience in HR administration
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with HR software and data management
Experience with reporting
