By combining our own technology solutions — eWizard, eVa, Kheiron and Lexi — with strategic consulting and deep expertise, we support content at every stage: from creation and MLR validation to localization and omnichannel publication. Among our clients are leading companies from the Top 50 life sciences list worldwide.
Role description: Viseven is looking for an HR Business Partner who will be a reliable partner for managers of assigned business units, help resolve HR matters and provide the necessary support to achieve business goals. The role involves managing key HR processes, proactively implementing HR initiatives and working closely with managers at different stages of team work — from development and performance management to engagement and retention of specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the key HR business partner for managers of the relevant units and, where needed, for company specialists: advise on HR matters, provide the necessary support and help find effective solutions.
- Analyze the business goals, needs, priorities and challenges of the relevant units, develop and implement HR initiatives to address them and support successful business development.
- Ensure the successful implementation of HR projects, initiatives and ongoing HR activities in assigned units, including coordinating their execution with other members of the HR team.
- Plan team headcount, take part in budget formation, coordinate the planning and management of the organizational structure, and assess its effectiveness and sustainable development.
- Initiate job openings (replacements, team expansion) based on managers' requests and monitor the hiring process, including participating in closing key vacancies.
- Ensure processes for performance management, effectiveness assessment and review of the reward and motivation system in assigned units; promote timely recognition of specialists' achievements and work with cases of insufficient performance, getting involved in resolving complex situations as needed.
- Help resolve specific, complex and sensitive personnel matters, including requests and escalations from specialists; develop solutions and ensure a professional approach to such situations, taking into account the interests of all parties.
- Coordinate changes and movements within teams (promotions, internal transfers, parental leave and return, replacements, termination of cooperation, change of work format), and prepare transfer proposals with the involvement of Junior HR specialists.
- Collect, analyze and process feedback on opportunities to improve people management processes (exit interviews, focus groups following engagement surveys, regular 1:1s with managers and specialists).
- Ensure high standards of people management, promote the broad implementation and effective use of internal HR standards and tools, and advise and develop managers.
- Track HR metrics and prepare related reporting.
- Initiate and ensure the implementation of activities aimed at improving employee experience — corporate events, team-building and similar — to support internal interaction, motivation and team spirit, involving relevant specialists as needed.
- Take part in functional HR projects, initiatives, tasks and activities in line with business needs.
Required experience and skills:
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in HR Business Partner / HR Generalist / People Partner positions, with experience across various HR areas and processes.
- Strong business orientation and the ability to understand business needs, priorities and challenges and turn them into relevant HR solutions.
- High emotional intelligence, openness to new ideas, respect for others, tolerance, empathy, and a supportive and diplomatic approach in working with people.
- Good knowledge of modern HR practices in key areas, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, reward and recognition systems, engagement, HR process automation and HR analytics, and readiness to continuously improve and implement them.
- Strong critical and systems thinking, focus on practical solutions and creating business value.
- Ability to build an effective partnership with managers, provide HR expertise and consultations, and confidently handle complex and sensitive people-related situations.
- English — Upper-Intermediate / Fluent
