Essential Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of experience with HubSpot CRM, Operations Hub, workflows, automations, Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, and REST APIs & webhooks
Strong understanding of API architecture, OAuth & authentication, middleware systems, data synchronization, error handling & retry systems, and automation pipelines
Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Firebase, and serverless infrastructure
Strong English communication skills with the ability to document systems clearly and manage production-level integrations

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled HubSpot Integrations & Automation Engineer to build, manage, and optimize complex business automations, API integrations, and operational systems. This role is heavily focused on:- HubSpot CRM
Operations Hub

Backend logic using Node.js
Google Cloud infrastructure
Data synchronization between platforms You will be responsible for designing scalable automation systems that connect multiple business applications and streamline operations across sales, marketing, customer management, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop custom-coded workflow actions
Configure and optimize Operations Hub
Create scalable CRM automation systems
Manage custom objects, pipelines, associations, and data structures
Troubleshoot workflow failures and sync issues
Improve CRM operational efficiency and automation reliability
Develop backend services using Node.js
