Your Responsibilities:
You will support the organization and management of our staff and ensure the smooth operation of daily HR management.
Proactively identify and reach out to talent to further strengthen our team. Directly contact candidates through various channels.
You will actively participate in managing and optimizing the application process, from job postings to hiring.
You will conduct interviews and assist in selecting the right candidates.
You will identify the best talent for our company and ensure the continuous scaling of our HR activities.
You will guide new team members through their onboarding process and ensure they feel welcome and well taken care of from the start.
You will train new colleagues in the use of our internal tools and systems so they can work quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
We’re looking for your strengths:
Strong communication skills in German (fluent in both written and spoken German).
You can communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Completed vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in human resources management is a plus.
Organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
Proficiency with MS Office and common HR tools. Experience with Zoho or similar CRM tools is a plus.
