    Internship Embedded AI Engineering – remote possible

    Job Description

    • During your internship you will contribute to the development of Bosch products that bring state-of-the-art deep-learning architectures to resource-constrained hardware.

    • You will design and analyze the feasibility of ML algorithms in embedded systems and work on their implementation and optimization.

    • Furthermore, you will deploy algorithms to embedded devices and benchmark the resulting implementations.

    • You will build an end-to-end demo showcasing on-device inference of a compact deep-learning model.

    • Finally, you will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, translating research advances into deployable embedded solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Master studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or comparable

    • Experience and Knowledge: in the areas of embedded systems and machine learning / deep learning; programming experience in Python and C

    • Personality and Working Practice: you excel at combining a motivated, independent, and structured work style with the creative and communicative approach of a strong team player

    • Work Routine: mobile working within Germany

    • Enthusiasm: you are enthusiastic about artificial intelligence, have a lively interest in software and system development and enjoy experimenting with prototypes

    • Languages: very good in English

    Additional Information

    Start: according to prior agreement

    Duration: 6 months

    You want to work flexibly from your home in Germany or prefer working at the Bosch location in Reutlingen? For positions with the addition “remote possible”, you can agree on the appropriate collaboration for your task together with your manager and your team within the framework of Smart Work.
