We are seeking an experienced Manager of Business Intelligence & Systems Integration to lead the company’s evolution toward a more connected, insight-driven enterprise.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive leadership in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and/or Systems Integration, including at least 5 years at the Manager level or above.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions and driving system transformations in a growing organization.
Strong expertise in Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse.
Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Qlik).
ERP/CRM configuration and integration (Epicor, Salesforce, or similar).
API development, orchestration, and integration patterns.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. Benefits
