    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote position for a Managing Editor. The Managing Editor will oversee the quality and strategic direction of our content production, ensuring adherence to high editorial and quality standards.

    Daily responsibilities include reviewing and editing content, providing actionable and constructive feedback to writers, and coordinating handoffs of polished content for publication. Additionally, the Managing Editor will participate in client discovery and content review calls to gain deeper insights that inform content strategy and ensure alignment with client goals.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

    • Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail

    • Experience in team leadership, mentoring writers, and maintaining quality standards

    • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization practices

    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote environment

    • Experience with content management systems and collaborative tools

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

    • Background in digital marketing, web content development, or media production

    Working hours:

    • 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday. A minimum of 7 working hours must be within the 9 AM–5 PM EST. Benefits
