Requirements
Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, reporting needs, and business intelligence priorities across marketing, sales, operations, and finance
Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into company performance and operational trends
Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and self-service analytics tools
Analyze large datasets from e-commerce, operational, and marketing platforms to uncover insights, trends, and business opportunities
Work with data teams to improve data quality, consistency, governance, and reporting reliability across systems
Support the development and optimization of centralized reporting environments and data models for analytics consumption
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that help stakeholders improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making
Monitor reporting accuracy and proactively identify inconsistencies, gaps, or process improvement opportunities
Help standardize reporting processes, KPI definitions, and dashboard best practices across the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the business, including department heads and leadership teams Benefits
