Bits of your job:
Create and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads
Develop and utilize Custom Audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness
Collaborate closely with the creative team to contribute to the visual content used in ads
Research and test new audience segments and creative strategies to improve campaign results
Continuously optimize and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to meet KPIs

Requirements
Key expectations:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
1+ years of experience creating, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats such as Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrate fluency in English
Salary: 1,200 -1,700 $/mon. gross
