Skills & Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of experience in fire safety and life safety, or in a similar sector
• Solid technical knowledge of fire detection and fire protection systems
• Proven experience managing the entire sales cycle: identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiation and closing
• Ability to design and implement high-performing commercial strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the building of lasting relationships with clients, partners and industry experts at the decision-making level
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, identify client needs and propose suitable solutions
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
• Good knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud solutions and IoT
• A profile combining technical expertise, sales technique mastery and excellent communication skills

• Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
• Conduct active market monitoring to identify new trends, opportunities and potential risks
• Analyze market data to develop and implement effective commercial strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal delivery of products and services
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
