Operations assistant - Italian market (full time remote)

Key lockers, supported by a global network of over 7,000 local retail outlets that safeguard keys for Airbnb hosts, real estate agencies and car rental services.

All technology is developed in-house, with the aim of offering a simple, reliable and efficient service, helping customers reduce operating costs in over 10 countries. Tasks

Responsibilities

As an operational agent in Italy, you will be responsible for managing our local partners:

Responsibilities of the role:

• Welcome and train new partners within our network, ensuring effective onboarding aligned with company standards.

• Maintain solid and continuous relationships with existing partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and collaboration.

• Anticipate and promptly manage any technical issues related to partner points or end clients.

• Analyze business prospects to encourage the subscription of partnership contracts with KeyNest in Italian cities, based on demand and local opportunities.

• Support partners in the transition to new operational processes, including technological updates, staff retraining or equipment replacement.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

• A proactive person, capable of initiating conversations and building valuable relationships with partners and clients.

• Motivated to close and manage strategic partnerships, contributing to the development and scalability of the project in Italy.

• With mastery of Italian (native speaker) and good knowledge of English, necessary to collaborate with the international team. Knowledge of French is considered a plus.

• With a structured and organized approach, capable of managing multiple tasks in parallel effectively.
