About the Client:
Our client is a rapidly scaling creative performance agency producing high-volume ad campaigns for global brands. They focus on result-driven content and winning creative strategies.
About the Role:
The Operations Manager ensures the creative pipeline runs flawlessly. You will handle all backend operations, managing creators, editors, deadlines, assets, approvals, reminders, and automations - so strategists can focus solely on growth and strategy.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full 21-day cycle for each client (Week 1: strategy setup, Week 2: creator shoots, Week 3: edits & delivery).
Keep creators and editors on track with daily follow-ups.
Convert onboarding forms into organized tasks in Notion.
Maintain Slack channels with timely updates.
Assign cuts, track revisions, and update Frame.io statuses.
Set up simple automations in Zapier and Slack to remove manual tasks.
Organize raw files, final files, thumbnails, and versions.
Send client updates and flag blockers quickly.
Maintain Notion databases, pipelines, statuses, and SOPs.
Recruit creators, confirm shoot dates, chase product delivery, and manage briefs.
Keep a todays plan overview for the team.
Qualifications:
Strong agency or creative operations experience.
Comfortable managing high-volume video production.
Excellent written English.
Proficient in Slack, Notion, Frame.io, Google Drive.
Basic Zapier skills or willingness to learn quickly.
Obsessed with organization and follow-through.
Able to handle pressure and stay calm.
Bonus:
Experience with UGC creators.
Familiarity with ad creative structures (hooks, cuts, versions).
Experience working Manila-based with AU or US time zones.
Can build automations independently.
