This role is for you if you’re comfortable on the phone and want to help people find the right real estate agent. We’re currently looking for a part-time colleague to join our team on weekends and evenings. We’d love it if you have prior sales experience.
Your role with us
When a user wants to sell their home, they can use our real estate agent matching service. It’s a free service where we analyze the market to find the most suitable real estate agents for their specific home. Your task will be to call the people who have signed up for the service to discuss their needs and ensure they receive the best possible assistance moving forward.
This is not a sales role, but it’s beneficial if you have a sales background or experience in telemarketing. Our users have already shown interest, and your role is to be a guiding and reassuring voice that helps them feel confident about their next step.
What does your workweek look like?
The position is remote, but we prefer that you live close enough to easily commute to our new office on Drottninggatan in Stockholm. Your training will take place there over approximately two days, and we’ll also meet there for ongoing training. We offer a fixed hourly wage and a thorough introduction so you feel completely confident in your role.
We’re looking for someone who can work the following hours:
Saturdays and Sundays between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
We prefer that you can work about 3 evenings a week between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
