The Patient Access Manager, CEE - Business Development & Alliance Management is responsible for driving and coordinating market access strategies for partner products in the CEE region, ensuring clear and realistic access pathways and aligned internal priorities.
Requirements
University degree
Experience in Market Access / P&R / HTA within pharma, understanding of CEE reimbursement systems
Experience with partnered products or alliance structures preferred
Strong understanding of pricing & reimbursement processes, payer environment and government affairs/policy/advocacy
Multi-stakeholder project management and leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget
Knowledge of health system and healthcare decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance environment
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
Ability to manage complex, matrixed interactions
Ability to identify compelling ways to demonstrate and communicate product value to payers/stakeholders
