We’re building a team of specialists dedicated to driving tangible progress for small and medium-sized businesses: We take real-world problems—too much manual work, too many media breaks, too many errors—and transform them into smart, automated workflows using digital tools, interfaces, and AI. What you develop with us isn’t just a university project destined for a drawer, but delivers measurable impact: faster, cleaner, more scalable.
Our goal is a practical “Automation Lab”: reusable solutions, clear standards, and a pace where you can really see what’s been created by the end of the week.
Your Focus
You make AI usable in everyday life: LLM workflows, prompting, document extraction (OCR)—and systematically test what really works reliably.
Your Responsibilities
Design AI-powered workflows and integrate them into processes
Prompt engineering, variant testing, and quality assessment (output, hallucinations, stability)
Document processing (PDFs/forms) including OCR and extraction logic
Build, test, and improve prototypes—until they are production-ready
Document results (What works, what doesn’t, and why?)
Requirements
What you bring to the table
Currently enrolled in a degree program, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI specialization, or Business Informatics
Interest in LLMs, prompting, evaluation, and data-driven work
Programming skills (Python/JavaScript) or very strong data/scripting fundamentals
Curiosity, clear thinking, and a passion for systematic experimentation
Typical Technologies
LLM & Prompt Engineering, OCR/document processing, Python/JavaScript, REST APIs, Git, cloud tools
