Let’s build wellness for millions together.</p><p></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Product Growth Lead</strong> to take full ownership of our conversion funnels—from the moment a user clicks an ad to when they hit “subscribe.” This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends product marketing, experimentation, and storytelling to drive measurable results. You’ll lead a team of Product Growth Managers, optimize the web onboarding journey, and craft compelling, personalized experiences that motivate users to take action.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own and optimize the web-based onboarding funnel—from post-click to payment screen</p></li><li><p>Lead the creation and A/B testing of copy, messaging, creatives, and value propositions that boost motivation and clarity</p></li><li><p>Develop and validate hypotheses grounded in funnel analytics, user behavior, and friction points</p></li><li><p>Design and execute no-code experiments across different user segments (e.g., fitness level, lifestyle, weight goals)</p></li><li><p>Personalize user journeys based on segmentation insights and behavioral data</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product to ensure consistent user experience across touchpoints</p></li><li><p>Mentor and lead a team of 4 Product Growth Managers, helping them scale successful experiments and grow professionally</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or conversion-focused roles, ideally in mobile-first or subscription-based environments</p></li><li><p>Proven success driving measurable improvements in onboarding and conversion rates</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of user psychology and motivation, with the ability to communicate value clearly across segments</p></li><li><p>Experience with no-code A/B testing tools and an iterative, data-driven approach</p></li><li><p>Ability to distill insights from behavioral and funnel data to guide strategy and execution</p></li><li><p>Creative mindset paired with analytical rigor—comfortable with both storytelling and spreadsheets</p></li><li><p>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills</p></li><li><p>Experience leading and developing teams is a plus</p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Journey</strong></p><p>️⭕️ Recruiter Call → ⭕️ Meet a team member → ️⭕️ Skills Assessment → ️⭕️ Leadership Interviews </p><p></p><p> <strong>Why You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Grow Together</strong>: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
