The Progressive Writer Intern contributes to ONC’s mission of providing nonpartisan news, opinions, and policy solutions by completing essential tasks in the Core Content Department, including writing political content, participating in podcasts, events, and other tasks, and ensuring nonpartisanship, ideological diversity, and civil debate in all published work.
Requirements
Exceptional writing skills
Proficient verbal communication/speaking skills
Responsive, consistent, and effective communicator
Experience in policy research, political commentary, political science, or a related domain
Enthusiasm for ONC’s mission and values
Ability to work remotely and on their own schedule
