    MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote position.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Managing all aspects of a diverse array of existing and new capabilities for government customers while directly supporting contract performance and customer relationships.

    • Overseeing the identification and retention of talent, including the development of junior staff and coordinating with Talent Acquisition for internal advancement.

    • Meeting and interacting with Government personnel and stakeholders at all levels to manage contract activities including requirements, operations, personnel, and budgets.

    • Ensuring the completion of deliverables and quality performance against program requirements while participating in risk management activities.

    • Creating and implementing long-term strategies and roadmaps while consulting and advising internal leadership and external stakeholders.

    • Leading internal team meetings and customer updates to ensure stakeholders have actionable and timely information.

    • Coordinating testing across programs and modules to translate requirements into executable scenarios and align outcomes with system improvement priorities.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or relevant field and at least five years of relevant experience is required.

    • At least five years of direct experience overseeing the technical execution of IT programs and managing multidisciplinary engineering or technical personnel.

    • Proven technical leadership with a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale teams consisting of 10 or more technical subject matter experts.

    • Advanced proficiency in workforce lifecycle management, including the strategic development and technical retention of high-performing teams.

    • Comprehensive technical knowledge and hands-on operational experience with Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) legacy architectures and modernized application frameworks.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • A PMP Certification

    • A SAFe v5 certification

    • Experience managing large Agile programs and Agile PMOs.

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must have an active/current Secret clearance.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time 

    • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel 

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer 

    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations 

    • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00-$148,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
