About the role
The Qlik Support Engineer will provide ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support, along with development and implementation assistance for our customer enterprise QlikSense environment. This role plays a key part in strengthening business intelligence and learning analytics capabilities by maintaining system performance, developing new analytical solutions, and supporting the overall BI ecosystem. The position will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate analytic requirements into functional dashboards, data models, and Qlik applications.
What you'll do
Develop, maintain, and enhance Qlik data models that support enterprise analytics needs.
Build dashboards, charts, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to business users.
Participate in BI standards development and ensure alignment with the latest QlikSense features and recommended practices.
Monitor overall system performance, establish assessment processes, and take corrective actions to maintain reliability and responsiveness.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support requirements, deliverables, and ongoing solution enhancements. Qualifications
US Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field desired, experience may be substituted for a degree on a year for year basis for a 4 year degree.
Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
Four or more years of experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
