    Recruitment Assistant (Healthcare)

    About this role

    NeoWork is seeking a skilled Recruitment Assistant with proven experience in Healthcare Recruitment to support our client’s growing talent acquisition needs. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating healthcare professionals while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals through various recruitment channels.

    • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups between candidates and hiring teams.

    • Maintain and update candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workable, Bullhorn, or similar).

    • Support the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to onboarding assistance.

    • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and availability.

    • Prepare concise candidate summaries and recruitment reports for internal and client review.

    • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to meet hiring goals and quality standards.

    • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

    • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, etc.).

    • Experience handling high-volume recruitment or specialized healthcare roles (e.g., nurses, therapists, medical staff).

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

    • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills. Benefits
