Description: The Regional Controller Analyst supports the Regional Controller team through accurate financial reporting, district-level operational support, and payroll processing. This role works cross-functionally across accounting, operations, and training, ensuring data integrity and timely analysis. Their primary objective is to assist the Regional Controllers with driving revenue and EBITDA growth creating shareholder value while ensuring individual districts achieve revenue and EBITDA budgets.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute accurate financial reports to support management decision making.
District Support: Assist Regional Controllers in providing accounting and operational support to districts.
Accounts Receivable: Participate in AR calls to monitor outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
Cost & Material Moves: Process and reconcile material and cost transfers in accordance with accounting policies.
Payroll Processing: Post and audit payroll batches to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
Incentive Detail Files: Compile and maintain incentive detail files to support compensation reporting.
P&L Reviews & Research: Conduct profit and loss reviews, investigate variances, and summarize findings for leadership.
Training & Onboarding: Deliver district-level training for acquisitions and ERP system onboarding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a highly analytical field required with 2-3 years of relevant business experience
Exposure to multi-site or district-level accounting operations
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
Experience in service or project industry is a plus
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications:
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite highly preferred)
Percentage of completion accounting experience desired.
