Position: Primary Care Physician (PCP) Type:Contract Compensation:$100–$130/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
Review and annotate clinical text, EHR data, and patient case notes to identify diagnoses, co-morbidities, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Structure complex medical information for AI training and reasoning to enhance decision-making and care delivery.
Audit annotated datasets to ensure high clinical accuracy and consistency, validating AI-generated outputs like summaries and recommendations.
Contribute to annotation guidelines, taxonomies, and decision frameworks, defining edge cases and nuanced clinical scenarios.
Evaluate AI systems for clinical workflows, flagging inaccuracies and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.
Map real-world clinical workflows into AI-compatible processes to support seamless integration into healthcare operations. Qualifications
Must-Have
MD or DO
Board-certified or board-eligible
Active medical license in good standing
2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in inpatient or hospitalist settings Preferred
