Requirements
3+ years Ruby on Rails development experience
Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, ActiveRecord, and MVC architecture
Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and background job frameworks (Sidekiq, Resque)
Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD tools
