In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients—qualifying leads and setting up appointments with our Visa Consultants (Sales Team). Your work directly contributes to helping families reunite and build a future together.
Requirements
At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent listening skills and keen attention to detail.
Professional telephone etiquette with a warm and persuasive tone.
Proactive, self-driven, and focused on delivering results.
Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous personal growth.
