Job Summary
We are hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing B2B company. This is a fully remote sales role focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline building.
You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging decision-makers, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for Account Executives. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking remote sales jobs or looking to grow into a closing role in SaaS or B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through research and discovery
Book high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)
Personalize messaging to engage prospects and improve conversion rates Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience with outbound sales (cold calling and emailing)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
SaaS sales experience is a strong bonus
