Develop strong technical and commercial understanding of retrofit engineering processes, including:
o Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS) across multiple OEMs o Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (Scrubbers) o Integrated retrofit and turnkey project execution o Energy-saving solutions and vessel performance optimization technologies
Promote and deliver end-to-end solutions, including engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Expand the Green Department's footprint by identifying and pursuing local and international growth opportunities.Sales & Commercial Performance
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and profit margin objectives.
Conduct sales forecasting, contract negotiation, and deal closing activities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with departmental and companyobjectives.
Prepare and submit accurate reports, forecasts, and account updates to seniormanagement.
Customer Engagement & Market Awareness
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and new prospects.
Conduct sales visits, technical presentations, and solution discussions toeffectively position company offerings.
Stay informed on:
o Industry trends and regulatory developments o Competitor activities and emerging technologies o New product lines and decarbonization innovations Leadership & Collaboration
Take ownership of customer engagements, ensuring technical and commercial credibility in all proposals.
Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, operations, and global teams to support effective execution of strategies and projects.
Support internal capability development through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring.Market Expansion & Strategy
