We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, implementing best practices, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring that our Salesforce environment meets evolving business needs.
Requirements
3-4 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
Salesforce Flows and Process Builder
SOQL, SOSL queries
REST/SOAP API integrations
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and customization.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), Platform Developer II (preferred), or equivalent certification. Benefits
