Performs routine healthcare information system and application support, handles advanced application support issues, and promotes team concept. Provides mentoring to Application Support staff and establishes standard operating procedures. Utilizes analytic skills and experiences to investigate and resolve or escalate support issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Three years of relevant experience in application support, hardware or interface
